Water Heater Maintenance

It's been a year, so I figured it's time to drain the water heater, flush out the gunk and maybe replace the anode. There was no gunk, just a small amount of black scale. The RO water system prevents "hard" water from entering the tank. The anode needed replacement.

Let's see how this Blog thing works...

With inspiration from Faye, with an "e", we are going to give this a shot. Chris Guld's article in September 2008 FMCA gave us the final push.





So...we picked a canned template and this post is mostly to see how it will look.
